Extending the Bush Tax cuts has put the nation in a terrible bind. We are now in a predicament where in order to pay for these we must make terrible cuts to our nation's social safety net.
The Republicans wish to Cut WIC, Food Stamps, Medicare, and Medicaid. It is my opinion that we are trying to pay for a lower tax for the top 2%, by taking food out of children's mouths and possibly killing our most vulnerable. This is because the top 2% need a new sports car, or a vacation.
