A wonderful piece about Mountaintop Removal in Kentucky.
Also, a video, that goes well with this piece. http://www.motivatedinohio.com/2011/05/fight-over-coal-mining-is-fight-over.html

Mr. Boehner, Where are the jobs?
h/t Maddow Blog.
The 10 page "pretend we have a way to fix this", is a sham.
So is their "We are serious about the debt."
Yesterday, Moody warned that if congress does not raise the debt ceiling in coming weeks they will look at the Credit Worthiness of The United States.

Wall Street Journal Honcho Shills for Secret Worker 'Education' Program Linked to Koch Group | Tea Party and the Right | AlterNet
During the 2010 election campaign, WSJ editorial board member Stephen Moore carried the Koch agenda to Wisconsin workers -- in workplace seminars called by their bosses.
In a darkened hotel ballroom in Pittsburgh, a middle-aged man with a boyish affect stands before the enthusiastic, if graying, activists of the Americans For Prosperity Foundation, gathered in August 2009 for its annual RightOnline conference.
"How many people here read the Wall Street Journal editorial page?" asks Stephen Moore, who sits on the paper's editorial board. The crowd responds enthusiastically. "What would we do," he continues, "without the Wall Street Journal and Fox News, right? And Americans for Prosperity?" Read More Here

Morning Disqus
After hearing from everyone, I'll start a Morning Disqus Late Monday Morning at 11:00 a.m.. If that one takes off, I'll start an evening version. Of course, all articles are open to comments. Also, starting tomorrow, I will be posting the articles through out the day, instead of at night. Until then, I will be posting articles at 11:00 that of course are open to discussion.
[Update: Morning Disqus has been stopped for the summer.]

Good Article worth the time reading. For more information on Ralph Reed, watch the following videos. Ralph Reed has manipulated people through their faith to lobby for all sorts of evil things.

Morning Disqus
I was wondering if people would be interested in having a 'Morning Disqus' here at the blog. If so, we could have a different topic daily, and start at a certain time. Please give me feedback on whether this is something that you would like, what issues you would like to talk about, and what time is the best for you. If this is something that sounds good to you, pass it on.
Thanks

http://www.alternet.org/
All of them are good sites that use Disqus.
